    They deleted my review on ****** because they want to hide my terrible experience! They LOST our original engagement ring and loose stones 3 weeks before our wedding after spending 9 months working with them on a custom his/hers design. Never will be working with them again as much as I wanted to have a local jeweler I could trust. Devastating, heartbreaking, and disappointing barely scratch the surface for all the feelings this process put ** through. Not to mention there were several bumps along the way with both the custom job and separate ring resizing. Responses were painfully slow overall. They refunded our deposits and honored our appraisal. But that doesnt make up for our lost original stones and time that was wasted. Do NOT recommend

    We sincerely apologize and fully understand how disappointing this must have been for you. It was an extremely rare and unfortunate accident, an honest accidental loss that we (as a 40-year-old small business) were also extremely disappointed by. In an effort to make things as right as much as possible (via our discussion with you and your fianc in-person), we took action by refunding your deposits and honoring the full appraised value of the items that were on your paperwork. We hoped that this gesture demonstrated our sincere desire to rectify the situation. However, we acknowledge that these measures cannot fully make up for the loss of your original stones and the time that you put into the process.
