    Delivery was speedy. Packing was excellent. I purchased a used lens listed as a "bargain" but it arrived in significantly better condition than I expected. I have used them before, and I will use them again.

    Easy to purchase a hard to find item. It was shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. I had no problems in any way and I would not hesitate to use them again!

    Seems to be a reoccurring theme as to why they continue to play around with quotes and payments to people is just confusing. Seems to be the same theme basically lies and false advertisements. They seem to be on point with selling products but if u deal with them when u are the seller it is another story. They quote prices for more then half of what they pay. So they get customer thinking say they will get **** $ for their equipment. So u send it to them they then pretend they are analyzing ? Not sure exactly what term they use but they hold the equipment for 3 weeks. U still think u are getting **** dollars so I dont care too much. But then after the long almost monthly wait they say the final offer is half of what they quoted. In my case weeny from 903$ to 436$. Items were exactly as I described so where they came up with half the quote is beyond me. At this point u have already waited 3 weeks u dont want to wait another week for them to send it back so u just accept the offer. Now my problem ** having right now is my payment. Again, why they are playing with people money after the 3 week wait scam period is just unecessary and made me livid. If u look on their terms of service u can be paid by mailed check or immediately as their web page says with pay pal. I was livid about a one day wait as I called **** told me thats their process. Well why dont u say that then instead of instant pay out so they false advertise. But after reading the complaints I guess I am going to not get my PayPal payment for a while as I saw some ppl it took another month. I cant stand preditory companies so I can guarantee this will change as if I dont get my payment by today (24hrs later) I will be short on a few expenses and will be very happy to take this up on the legal level and have them pay the fines I will be charged bc I dont have the last few dollars on some very expensive obligations. One charges double after its late a day. Again why they play with the $ no idea

    Camera and lens were delivered in impeccable timing and Id even argue the camera purchased was in better shape than bargain. You can rest easy spending your money here. Absolutely recommend.
