    Went to the store to pickup my purchase. Products were in great condition. but no one in the store acknowledged me for over 15mins. No one said someone will be with you when we can. Instead, I had to interrupt some employees having a conversation about someone being in a meeting. There were 8 employees on the floor, 5 were with customers and 3 were chatting.
