On May 9, 2023 a written notice was given to the Quad Academy that my childs last day will be June 30, 2023 which is more than the required 30day notice per the handbook requirements. On May 31, 2023 I paid the full tuition amount of $1575 for the month of June. On June 9, 2023 I was forced to remove my child sooner than expected because I no longer felt their school was a safe environment for my child. On June 15, 2023 the owner agreed to give me a courtesy credit back of $1023.75 for the month of June due to our horrific experience, which was returned back to our credit card. On July 6, 2023 the quad academy made an illegal and unauthorized charge of $******** from my account, despite the properly given written notice that was provided stating that my childs last day will be June 30th. I have an open dispute now fighting for a full refund of $********. They are lying to my credit card company agreeing to only refund me in the amount of $******. After I calculated all of the numbers I figured out that she is sneakily trying to take back her courtesy credit from June of $******** by agreeing to only give me back $****** in the month of July. My math: ******** (June curtesy credit) + ****** (amount merchant is trying to pay back for July) = ******** (total unauthorized amount taken from my account July 6, ******* have asked multiple times for them to reverse this illegal charge, unfortunately she is not open to being honest and doing the right thing by refunding the illegally charged amount of $********. Due to giving the proper notice the last financially transaction should have been the day she provided us the curtesy credit of $1023.75.We have attempted to resolve this amicably and now we are seeking additional legal solutions to get this resolved properly. To resolve this issue we would need the full amount of $******** refunded back to us immediately.
