    6/22/22 my husband and I dropped off laundry to be washed/dried/folded. At the drop off exchange we were asked if it was just clothing or sheets/towels. We stated just kids ************** clothingall clothes nothing else.6/22/22 minutes later we received a **** for $2.10/pound for the service which was the agreed upon price as listed on signage in the store and on their website.6/22/22 later that night we got a text saying our laundry was ready along with an additional $15 fee. 6/23/22 I went to pick up my laundry and asked why I was charged a fee. The attendant asked if my clothes were dirtyI said yes thats why I brought them to be washedwith a puzzled look on my face. I paid the additional fee so I could have my clean laundry back and the attendant said I would have to speak with the owner.I asked the owner to call me and she did immediately however she was quickly defensive and extremely rude. She said some of the kids underwear had bodily fluid on it (one of my 4 children is potty training so some of the clothing had been peed in). She said all the kids clothing was saturated in pee (which it wasntbut thats not really my complaint. I told the owner that no where in her store, website, my receipt/**** does it say additional fees may be charged. They just charged it without any correspondence to the consumer. I told the owner that if it was stated anywhere additional fees may apply I wouldnt be disputing the charge however its stated no where. The owner says she will refund the $15 charge but she was very rude and disrespectful so Im not sure thats actually going to happen. Based on her response to me I want my $15s back.
