    Hi the customer was contacted and there was a lapse of communication that I take full responsibility for and the issue is resolved with both parties satisfied. We take pride on providing exceptional work especially during a natural disaster and want to aid in safely removing trees from property.

    One of my subcontractors was engaged to perform emergency tree services at Ms. ******** property during the storm. We confirmed that the insurance company issued a partial payment for the services rendered over 30 days ago. However, to date, we have not received any payment from Ms. ****** for the outstanding balance, which has now exceeded 60 days. It is important to note that Ms. ****** was informed that the insurance payment was for the specific services performed at her property. Additionally, it was clearly communicated that she signed a contract stipulating an 8-hour minimum for the work completed. We fulfilled all agreed-upon services without causing any further damage to her property. As the customer has received payment from her insurance provider specifically to cover our services, we are concerned about the lack of payment to date. We value our customers and strive to provide high-quality service, and we hope to resolve this matter amicably. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
