    I received a car from them in October 2024 , they took 90 days to get me a tag , I wasnt able to drive the car for weeks . They then gave me an unregistered temp tap a one point . I got pull over for that , in march they repo my car after making a payment agreement with me . They then blocked me saying I can no longer have the car back , I still till this day didnt receive my belongings out the vehicle.

    I recently purchased the vehicle from the dealership on February 25. I put a 1500 down payment on a 2018 Dodge Journey for starters. I had to go get my own emissions test done on the car and it failed the first time 2 to 3 days later, the check engine light came on the car horn wasnt working. The battery light came on also it needed an oil change. The oil was black, but it was ful I did speak to the manager regarding the situation, they kept telling me thatI can bring the car in to get it done, but I had to pay to get my own tow to bring it to their facility. Theyve had car in the procession since March 26 they told me yes they could put me in a loaner, but they end up giving the loaner but they have it to someone else so at this point I would like to just get my money back and they can keep the car Cause every single day. I contact them to ask them. When is the car going to be done and refuse to give me an answer or a date the repair. I also didnt make a payment at 583 as well for my first car payment but havent made any more payment since then cause theyre telling me that I owe them at least 1100 even though I never had the car in my possession after March 26.

    I first started doing business with Tiger **** 10/17/2024 I put down a down payment and took possession of a 2020 ****** kicks within the first week the vehicle would not reverse and I took it in to the service department twice with no resolution. I returned that vehicle and received at 2019 Chevrolet trax LS two weeks in the engine blew on the vehicle I was then placed in a 2019 **** escape and within 3 weeks I was stuck yet again in the middle of the road with a blown transmission. I was alway in contact with the owner **** as well as the assistant manager ****** and the service manager ****. I was told over and over I would be helped but every time I was let down. I was with the last vehicle they would change the transmission and give me a loaner and never received the loaner or my vehicle back. I received a text messages from the assistant manager ****** that they will not be giving me the vehicle back or refunding me or putting me in another vehicle. I have been in 3 horrible car within less then 3 months and now my money has been stolen.

    Good afternoon my name is ******* *******. I want to file a complaint on a car dealership in ******, *******, I have had my current vehicle for two months and have still not received a hard copy tag. I keep getting the runaround with this dealership and it is becoming to be very frustrating. I cannot keep taking off time from work to go back-and-forth with this dealership.     I bought a vehicle in August from tiger ****. Ive been trying to get my tag and they have not paid the taxes so I cant get the tag I need to drive the vehicle legally

    I purchased a vehicle and they promised to fix my trunk on my car and have me dodging my call and messages. *** went to the location and spoke with the manager whom got the owners on the phone that said to fix my trunk and no one has did anything.

    I was in contact with this facility before I decided to catch a ride from *********** ** to ****** ** in 2/10/24. I lost my card on the way to their facility at a gas station and was only able to put down 800 at that moment since I could access $. He told me to come back next day but I had to work and couldnt take off so we agreed on Saturday, 2 day after. I ended up having the car checked out and would need more than 3k worth of work: air bag system, tire monitoring system and other things. I asked them multiple times was the vehicle in accident but never would answer or provide a car fax. Never signed an agreement or a contract but I decided against purchasing due to the amount of work I would have to put in. I dont have that amount of money to spare as a single mother. They told me I am not entitled to my refund back& wont release my funds due to me driving the car out of their town. They then told me to dispute with my bank, saying Im not entitled to my money back because put 100+ miles on the car even tho they knew I was from out of town when I applied. Also they wouldnt let me test drive without running my credit and when I wasnt approved for the vehicle I originally came in for, they ran my credit for a ***** civic that I didnt know anything about. I did dispute with my bank 2/11/24 but they say it takes 20 business days: resolution around 3/11/24. I dont think I should have to wait this long.

    The company Tiger **** autos is defrauding people and the banks who they are doing business with. Wishing the past 6 months they have sold me 2 cars with **************** issues and have threaten me with filing false court documents to take back repossession of the cars. The first car transmission went out the second day and I put $3,000 on 8/3/2023 they asked me to return the car which I did they offered me another care on 1/4/2024 and proceeded to tell me I had to put down $4,000 Ive had the car for 3 weeks and the engine is bad. *** communicated with them on several occasions in regards to fix this situation and corrected they are basically scamming taking peoples money and putting repossessions on their credit its nothing but a scheme.

    I purchased a car from tiger ************* December 2022 and as of today march 16, 2023 the car have been giving me problems since day one I have so much to say but cant type much they have not switched over any information about my tag the tag is still in someone else name so I cant drive the car or get a tag when I got the car the breaks went completely out on me on the expressway I have a child thats very dangerous not only that the car was constantly cutting off on me while I was driving and they new this and did nothing I tried to get a refund and they told me no and tried to have my car repossessed Im just so fed up with this business its ridiculous I have message and pictures that proves so much more

    Company is attempting to scam me on repairs we have a 50/50 repair deal I was advised suspension repair was $195-210 for my end a radiator replacement was also needed service said it would be ****+ so 800+ for me but the job is actually only ******* to repair in total parts and labor everywhere else so I declined the radiator. They then said the suspension was now 666 for my payment. I reminded them of what I was previously told. They then hung up on me which I have proof after a unprofessional back and forth via email I was told I now have to pay ****+ to get my car back due to missed payments but management advised I didnt have to make payments while the car was in service and it was also noted on the account. Employee then emailed me saying theres nothing to talk about stop calling they now wont answer my calls telling me I have 10 days to pay
