    I have performed state emission test on my car on 02/12/2025 at Scenic Emissions at **************************************************************************************** the emission has failed. i was told to bring it back after driving it 100 miles for a free inspection. after all that been done i took it on 4/3/2025 for reinspection and I was told to pay again because my free one has passed 30 days and expired. the service guy has mentioned if I did not pay him, he will stop the inspection. I have told him that i did not want to pay again unless if he is sure that the inspection will going to pass otherwise stop, but he went ahead continue without my authorization. at the end he asked me again to pay while the second inspection failed again. at the end he called the police and lied about everything he said. the company **** me an apology and refund.
