This is my 2nd order with this company. The first order was prompt, and received. This time around, it has been terrible. On May 29, 2022 I ordered ******* from Unique Oils, in the amount of $44.79. Order number texted to me was #****. On June 1, 2022 a second text was sent to me with a tracking number for my purchase 1Z4853V10392403400. I never received my order. I reached them via chat on their website, as well as email, on June 19th, 2022. They informed me (via chat) that the post office had lost my package, and they would send out a new one. They also told me that they would use the same tracking number. I reached out again today, July 6th, 2022, and have had no response. I did find them on ********* under the Unique Oils name, and there is a call option. I called, and it comes up as ***************** LLC with a phone number ************. I was given the message they have a voicemail that hasn't been setup. As you can see, I have given them ample time, and multiple chances to correct this situation. this I would like to get my money back.

We dropped the package off at the *** and it was scanned.  ****************** should have been in receipt of the package.  The timeliness of being slower is being I was in the process of opening up 2 more locations.  I am doing this by myself so I missed the order.  I have a lot of orders coming in so it was an over sight.
