5 starsRecently my wife and I decided to do a home renovation after 17 years, so we reached out to RContracting, LLC after seeing some of their previous work. We were thoroughly pleased with the workmanship as well as the customer service provided from beginning to end. The Owner ***** and the ******* *** were truly amazing. ***** made sure that her staff were timely and professional at all times and she made several visits throughout the process. She also stayed in touch with us and consistently asked if we had any questions. *** was simply the best and made sure everything was done correctly. Most days I was not able to be at home, but the RContracting staff treated my wife with the utmost respect which made me fell even better about our choice to select RContracting for our renovation experience. The Rcontracting team helped us to restore some old siding and give our house a new paint job. They were timely, consistent, open to feedback and finished the job to completion. We are thankful for the job they did to restore the exterior of our house in such a timely way!

5 starsWe recently used RContracting Services for several projects in our home including interior painting, LVP flooring and granite kitchen countertops. We are very pleased with the work they did. We dealt directly with the owner of the company as we planned our projects. Her project crews were top notch. They did high quality work and finished much more quickly than we expected. 5 starsThis is the third time I have used R Contracting Services for my home renovation projects over the past 7 years. They completed work on enclosing my back porch into a 3 season room, complete with a new roof, flooring, lighting, and the entire enclosure with 28 windows! Its beautiful. The quality is excellent, and value was competitive with the other contractors I interviewed. I already knew the quality and *************** they deliver. 5 starsLast year we'd had met ***** while at ************** given us her card, which I felt strongly I should hang on to. Recently our years-old composite deck off the second floor of our home was starting to sag & seemed very dangerous. I contacted ***** & the next day ********* came to view & evaluate the situation to see if it could be fixed. *** immediately knew exactly what was needed & took us through what could be done & what materials would be needed. The following week, ***** contacted me with the proposal, which was reasonable & the ******************* came a few days later at the time we'd been given, with all ***************** needed for the job. They worked steadily & efficiently, and when done, cleaned up the site & took away all trash. The deck has new supports, with extended screws & bolts securing things, which had not been done by the original builders.We are very satisfied with the job done & quality of the work.Review fromDoug A

5 starsHad to have the original deck on my house replaced as the old one from the 90's was beginning to sag and be unsafe. I got a great reference on this company and asked them to come out for a look. *****, the owner of the company came out with her lead ******* and she sent me a quote within a couple of days. I went through the financing link from a company on her site and about two days after applying for the loan it was approved and work could start. Demo began the next day and within two weeks, hit or miss with rain, the crew had finished my new deck. They even came out on a Sunday to complete the job as it was going to rain for several days afterwards. I am very pleased with the final product and would definitely recommend and use them again.Review fromWilliam W

2 starsI learned a very hard ****** working with this company. Never work with a contractor who is unwilling to pull permits. I hired R Contracting services based on the recommendation of a neighbor whom they did renovations for in the past. My project was to build a roof over my patio. When signing the contract, ***** was unwilling to pull a permit for the contract for the project, even though the roof was an addition to the house. I secured a permit under my name and thank God I did. The framing failed inspection due to no rafter straps, posts not being properly bolted and a post being cut differently than the other two without being properly secured. After they corrected those issues, they attempted to use water-damaged molded wood for the ceiling of the roof. When I told them it was unacceptable, their initial response was that they would clean it and put mold-resistant primer on the wood. I held firm because my son has Asthma. They eventually replaced the wood on the ceiling. The final straw was when they were finishing up and I had to notify them that a moved downspout was pointed towards a window. A two-week quoted project, ended up taking four. They were more concerned about getting paid than doing quality work or doing the project right the first time. -I would not recommend them to anyone.
