    I've always paid my copay and they keep sending a bill after I sent the requested ****************** refuse to resolve. They are laughing and being disguising to me when I just want this resolved as I do not owe them, then they keep changing the amount. This is illegal and wrong and I'm sick of it.

    I am writing in response to the complaint that was filed against our company concerning an affiliation with Piedmont.

    I would like to clarify that there seems to have been a misunderstanding. Our company has no affiliation or association with Piedmont in any capacity. We are a distinct entity, focused solely on medical and billing requests for insurance companies, third party companies, and government entities. Our operations and services are entirely independent, and any issue or complaint regarding Piedmont should be addressed directly to them.

    We understand the importance of addressing concerns raised by consumers and appreciate the BBB's efforts in ensuring businesses uphold a high standard of conduct. We would be grateful if you could update your records to reflect this information, ensuring no confusion in the future.

    Thank you for your feedback regarding our previous response. However, we must reiterate that you have contacted the wrong entity. Our solely handles medical and billing requests and has no affiliation with Piedmont. We understand your concerns, but it's essential to direct your complaint to the appropriate organization for resolution. We recommend reaching out to Piedmont directly.

    I had a procedure done at Piedmont Eastside medical center on 6/13/2023 and received a bill for $555.31. The bill was paid ********* HSA and was mailed directly to Piedmont Eastside medical center rather than Piedmont Healthcare billing. Instead of returning payment or rerouting to Piedmont billing, someone at Eastside Medical center deposited the check (so the check was cashed therefore we can not stop payment to resend to Piedmont healthcare) no one I have spoken to can find where the check was posted to. I need this check to be found and reissued either to my account at Piedmont healthcare or refunded to me so I can pay the appropriate account. I am currently facing a past due bill that I have paid but was cashed and applied to somewhere, but no one knows where. I am attaching a copy of the cashed check front and back

    This matter has been resolved. The check was mailed to the incorrect ** Box. The money was mailed to Eastside Medical Center ** Box ******, that address is no longer owned by eastside nor Piedmont Eastside Medical Center. We reached out to ******** who owns the ** Box received the check and applied the payment to the patient's account. She no longer has a balance and we have reached out to the patient to explain what transpired. No further review required. This is now resolved.
