    February 2, 2024 I hired ******************* to install my pool heater which consisted of running a gas line from my house to the pool, unpacking and setting up the heater, adding a new electric box at pool to handle the heater cord, and showing me how to operate it all for $2795.00. He came several days in a row and a couple of times brought his dad. Then he wouldn't show up for days and then weeks. He kept saying he was out of town, he lost his phone, his uncle died. Finally he never responded at all when I reached out. Since then I have had to hire and pay another contractor to finish the job. While they were working they uncovered some defects in the gas line, the inability to find the electric box, the heater and pump and filter were not connected correctly, and finally the heater is not working due to some electrical problem. I have yet another company coming out to see if it is a defective unit or it was cause by something **** did or didn't do. I will know at a later date. I would like my money back and I would also like to be compensated for the money I spent fixing what **** did wrong. $1170.00 went to ******* Restorations for that.
