    30 July 2024 WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT ERDIGITALMARKETING.COM *********************** ROBINSON *********************** Robinson who 'operates' the company ERDigitalmarketing.com said agreed to rebuild my company's website and stated he would need three days time to complete the project. I paid $650 from my bank to his payment portal. After 5-6 days I left a voice message, and an email asking for updates on my project. He did not respond. Day 8-9-10-11-12 he did not respond to several emails and voice messages.He finally reached out to me via email and asked that we chat in another two days time and had an appointment setup on the calendar to discuss what was going on. He did not call, I called him, and he did not answer my call.Two days later i finally got him on the phone and said that his grandmother died and that's why he's now over two weeks late on the project deadline date. He used insulting and condescending language towards me and asked for more time. I was not sure what to do at this point except contact his partnering agency (WIX.com) where he contacted me to get the job. I demanded a refund because he did not even start on the project, and it was far past my deadline. I send **** Robinson an email demanding a refund asap.He responded days later saying that he refunded me and it would take 7-10 days. Well, that was last month, and my bank has zero transfers from ERDigitalmarketing.com or **** Robinson to this date. In my mind he has committed interstate fraud, but certainly felony theft of $650. In addition, it appears the Erins business street address is that of a high school. Intent to decept?I have dozens of emails to substantiate anything. In addition, I have tracking on all my emails to prove he has viewed my emails and has done nothing to remedy the situation.

    > Company: ER ********************************** Robinson Capital Enterprises LLC. which states is BBC certified.)>Product/ Service: WIX based website design which included: 30 Minute Website Review and SEO.>Cost:$750.00 > Complaint: Website NEVER received and no response to our formal letters, etc.Overview:An initial meeting was held with **** ********************** via Skype to discuss the website design, the process and the time frame. At this meeting we were told about a 2 week turnaround for a DRAFT version. Once the draft was approved, the website would then be completed - we agreed. On March 6th we paid Mr. ********************** the amount of $750.00 in FULL. On March 20 (around 2 weeks later) a text was sent to ****, checking on the status of the draft. The response: "A link would be sent in the morning'. *No link was sent.March 22nd, An email was sent to ****, inquiring about the link - perhaps there was an issue. The response: he was "out of the office and a link would be sent directly." **No link was sent. March 29th: A phone call was made directly to ****. We were told that he would send out a link on Saturday (March 30th). The delay in response was due to a funeral. *Nothing was sent the following day. April 3rd: A formal letter was sent to Mr. ********************** checking on the status and asking for an update. ( Email Letter below) * No response/Nothing Sent. April 8th: Another letter was sent requesting the same options and/or a refund. * No Response / Nothing Sent. ( Email Letter below)April 10th A complaint was made to Wix Professional Marketplace. *** stated they would send one email asking for him to respond. ** There was No Response I can not stress the amount of issues, delays and dozens of hours of additional work that resulted in not having a website for our project. Mr. **********************, literally took our money and left us with nothing. At this juncture we are reaching out to the BBB as a last resort, we request full refund or we will take him to court.
