    I purchased a 36-inch Frigidaire Side by Side white refrigerator on 10-19-24. It was delivered on 10-21-24. I immediately plugged it in and did not hear the compressor turn on. The refrigerator was defective and would NOT cool off anything. Within a few hours, on the same day I contacted the store and demanded an exact exchange or refund. I was denied a refund and was told It was my responsibility to have requested a water bottle test to de done in store to ensure the refrigerator was indeed functional. My only choice was to receive a 32-inch Frigidaire without any price adjustment. It seems this a common and unfair business practice, along with dismissive attitude, and total refusal to issue a refund. It should not be the customer's responsibility to conduct quality control on store products. I made this purchase with the assumption that it was going to work and would expect a full refund if it was not in good working condition. In addition, there was no price adjustments made to the smaller sized 32-inch vs the 36-inch refrigerator. I essentially paid a higher dollar value for a smaller sized refrigerator and was not given a choice. This is very business practice and should not be tolerated by unsuspecting consumers.     Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize that your refrigerator was defective upon delivery. We understand how inconvenient this situation must have been. As soon as we learned about the issue on same day , we immediately dispatched a technician to assess the problem and Send you a replacement unit that waa approved by you Next day that the owner deliver himself. We value our customers and pride ourselves on providing quick solutions when problems arise.
    We appreciate your patience during this process that took only one day . and hope the replacement refrigerator is working well for you . The replacement was the same cubic feet of the first one you got from  us. Our refund policies are clear and explained at the time of purchasing and is also on writing on the invoice customers sign the day of purchasing. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team."
