    I checked into the Holiday Inn Express at the ******* downtown location on *********** on October 1, 2022. I checked my car into valet with the business name Refined Parking Solutions. The evening of October 2, 2022 we decided that we wanted to go eat dinner and called the car from valet. Upon the driver pulling up with my car it had been wrecked. The valet driver advised that he ran the passenger side of my car down a concrete barrier while trying to get out of a parking spot. I have since tried everything that I know how to do, your hotel manager and security guy were amazing. I spoke with ***************************, HR Director for Refined Parking. He advised that I would need to go through my insurance company and they would subrogate the claim. **************** advised he "will be attentive to any communication." Once my car was finally able to go into the shop I reached out to **************** as well as my insurance company and they have decided to no longer respond. Because the company you all choose to do your valet company, I am out my $500 deductible. With todays economy, who has $500 just lying around. I received a letter from the subrogation department for my insurance and they advised that Refined Parking Solutions is still not responding to them.
