    6/27/24 $100 deposit plus $300 partial payment refund on messed up tattoos since he refuses to fix them. I only wanted the $100 deposit back plus him to fix the two tattoos but since he's refusing to talk to me, I would like as close to $400 back. The dollar sign is messed up and he dug out my skin and left open sores and wounds. The crown is also messed up with missing ink and dug out my skin and left open sores and wounds.Three Tattoos After AJ did three small tattoos, I gave him another $100 deposit for a fourth tattoo, however, after about 5 days, two out of three of the tattoos turned out terrible! ** and I spoke on the phone and he asked me to send him pictures as to proof of the tattoos being messed up. At that time, he said he would refill the two that were messed up so they would look brand new and he would return the deposit for the fourth tattoo. ** told me that he could not refill the tattoos at that time because they needed to heal first. I then went and had knee surgery and as soon as I was able to return to get the two filled in and to get the deposit back, ** told me that he broke his hand and couldnt do any work. I once again asked for my deposit and at that time he said its non-refundable after he promised to return it. He decided to keep it once he began having money problems after breaking his hand. He took advantage of a disabled veteran after he promised to return the deposit and to fix the two messed up tattoos. I rightfully should have asked for a two-thirds refund since he messed up two of three tattoos!** has ignored me. Refused to return my calls and refused to honor his word.
