    The owner and operator of this business is absolutely rude and charges excess money that was not specified in the website or in person. charged access fees when the procedure was done extremely hostile and rude yelling and screaming at the customer because she did not clarify charges before the procedure was done and then after everything was said and done then the website has been updated to specify these extra charges. Absolutely terrible reviews I should have looked at the reviews to begin with but didn't think that it would have been a that big of a deal just to have a simple procedure done I will absolutely go nowhere near this business again and will tell my family and friends not to do so as well

    We found a stray cat in the neighborhood. We have reached out to these people to get the cat fixed. They have rescheduled us 3 times now. The cat is now pregnant and the next available appt is April 27. The cat will have kittens by then. I want my 51 dollars back. This is not a donation this was for a service that has never been performed Your the ones who have continued not to come on the scheduled days. As a matter of fact. I lost work because of it. While I like the idea its standard are horrible at best. The 125 dollars you save isnt worth the the hassle they put you through. Complete refund is demanded! *********************
