    Waterproofing/gutter guards performed by company on my home 2 years ago. No issues with water getting into my basement until now. I have a 20 year warranty with this company for these repairs. Contacted the company, ****** came out to take a look at why water may be still coming into my basement. He sent his workers out a couple days later, they ran water into the front of my home and they determined that water is getting into my basement from a piece of siding on my home. They said the cost would be ****** to seal this area. Ummmm, needless to say, I told R..... that this would not be happening. Also, the supposed gutter guards installed are in sections and do not run all the way across the gutters. I was told that they would be in contact with a time to come back out to correct the gutter issues and now, no return text/phone call!

    Client has contacted us about a water leak. Once crew arrived, they noticed a section of the siding was missing a proper sealant. We provided a quote for sealing that area and surrounding to ensure the leak does not continue as the system was tested and working as it should. Client then complained about her gutter guards coming off. As she stated this work was performed years ago, yet we did not receive complaint about the gutter guards until now. She stated they may have been installed incorrectly as they were popping off. I told Ms. ***** that I would bring this up to ******, her salesman and asked if they can move forward with the gutter guard repairs that same day. Unfortunately, they were not prepared for that type of work--they needed a ladder to access the gutters. The crew told them they would go back on Saturday. Usually, they only work on weekdays, but I reported this to her salesman to ensure he scheduled it accordingly. She called in and asked for a time and I assured her I would get back to her. The next day came and she wanted the time. Unfortunately, her call was missed and she sent a text asking for a time. As the crew is making an effort to perform the repairs on their day off, I cannot rush a response from them. They have already requested and approved the overtime in order to keep Ms. ***** satisfied, but she rushed to conclusions since we did not answer her in time. I would like to add we are currently bombarded with calls due to the heavy rains occurring this week. Saturday has not passed -- it's tomorrow. I did report to Ms. ***** that she should not feel any reason to complain as we have not failed her yet--Saturday has not passed/It's tomorrow. I understand her frustration, but should she have had slightly more patience, we would have updated her a time once the crewed offered it. We did tell her that they since they do not need access to the inside of the home, the time would not affect her in any way as she did not need to be present.

    Didn't honor guarantee water is still getting in.Damaging base board creating mold.
