    This morning, February 9th, 2023 at 11am, I was charged $37 by a site called nowyoga.club after I made a $2 purchase, on February 6th, 2023, to an email I got about a package I was expecting. The email had said I had a package waiting to be shipped and it would cost $2 so, I paid it, considering I really was waiting on a purchase. When I paid it, my CashApp told me I paid $2 to nowyoga.club and I thought nothing of it, as some businesses operate under an email with a different name. Then the $37 were taken out of my account by the same site. I clicked on the url and talked to a representative by the name of *******, who told me they would cancel it. They did but did not educate me that it would cost $6.95 to cancel a membership. When I told them I was, in no way, aware of signing up for a free trial to a membership, they said they could not refund it and that it was all final. Afterwards, I saw their refund policy said that they do, indeed, acknowledge that their customers have a right to a refund within 14 days. It did not specify if they meant item purchases, just purchases in general. The email that started it all was sent by Order.Pending

    Dear BBB,

    This message is in response to your correspondence, dated February 22nd, 2023. In the communication, it is requested to receive a refund due to the charges for the membership plan. 
    On our platform we offer access to premium content delivered online related to Yoga. We provide a different experience to customers granting access to our online library so they can choose when and what to access from our available content.
    After evaluating the customer account identified as ***********************, we noticed that the client had signed up to our services and then contacted our *************************** to cancel the membership.
    Having said that, there is no evidence that we are responsible for the misuse of the subscription plan, the services were made available immediately as promised and stated in our Terms and Conditions.
    Taking into consideration that all our customers are important to us, and in good faith from our side, we have refunded on February 22nd 2023 in full the transactions made by the user. The 37$ representing the access to the platforms content, the 6.95$ representing the cancellation fee and the 2$ will be returned to the initial payment method between 5 and 7 days depending on the users bank.
    Respectfully, I therefore request that you drop your claim against us for the reasons exposed.

    Although I got my money back and am satisfied with that, I wanted to share more information. They stated that they could not find where they were at fault for the money but the $2 went to the same place as the other two "purchases" I had made. I don't want more money than I got, I just want others made aware of what happened so it doesn't happen to another person. I hope this proof is enough and, if not, then I have nothing else to present that I am aware of at this time.

The 37$ representing the access to the platforms content, the 6.95$ representing the cancellation fee, including the 2$.
