On 2/12 I signed up for one of their plans and paid 7.99 which was removed from my card. The service worked for a few hrs then it tells me to pay again. Also this exact same thing happened in December. I have attempted to just cancel the service however it is not even allowing that. I've sent 2 emails today regarding this. I think they are scamming. In their rules it states clearly that you will have to continue to pay until service is cancelled but again, there's no cancel option that I can find anywhere. They now have 2 of my credit card information. Please help me with this matter which after reading up on them, this happens frequently. They are scamming. I am contacting you to get my money back. I was subscribed to this app yesterday (01/28/25) and now to (01/29/25) i can't watch the app. It shows that I made the purchase and I even tried to call the number they have on the app if there is a problem. The number is always busy so I am writing on here to get my money back. I don't want to troubleshoot or talk to somebody about what happened I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

On December of 2023, my debit card began to be charged for this service. My card was hacked and I got a new card in January 2024. This card started getting charged for the service. When you ****** ******************************* justuseapp has my cell number listed for contact. I don't know these people or have anything to do with there company besides being subscribed. And I keep getting harassment phones calls stating that they stole people money be from subscriptions. I want an explanation on where and why did they put my number on ****** for a now that's tv customer service support contact on there website. And I want my number tooken down immediately. Number two. Nowthatstvplus has been taking money from my account almost $100 for subscriptions within the past 3 months and I still can't watch the how's. Which is fraud. Because it says it's only $5 a month. 3 months would only be $15. Not $100. If I don't get my money back I will see this company in court very soonInitial Complaint

I subscribed to this tv provider and had no issues until they updated their services in January of 2024 and a lot of users had issues being able to access their accounts. When I tried to access my account that was paid for already, it made me resubscribe again Eventhough I had already paid. I just noticed that doing so double charged me each month. I send emails and spoke to someone at their facility and they told me they would not issue me a refund because I should have noticed in January when everyone else was calling in with the same issues and they already fixed the people who called but their was nothing they could do for me.Initial Complaint

I started a monthly subscription for $5.99 in December 2023. Since that date, I have been charged $5.99 five times. I have paid a total of $29.99 and I only had an account for December 2023 and January ****. They charged my twice in December, twice in January and once more on Feb 5, ****. Moreover, when I login to my account and attempt to watch any new episodes, they are requiring an additional $5.99 to watch the episode. They do not explain what my subscription costs cover and they did not inform that terms have changed. This is wrong on so many levels. I paid a monthly fee and the only programs I can watch are the old ones I've already seen?? In addition to that, they charged me twice each month! I'm very disappointed.Initial Complaint

1 year subscription was paid for on 12/09/23 for $71.88. On 01/29/2024, I saw the app locked me out. I signed in, and saw the company was trying to make me pay additional charges when the subscription was already covered for the year. No one from support is responding to multiple people with the same issue. I am requesting a prorated refund as I do not deal with businesses that are unresponsive, and seem comfortable with not fulfilling their obligations.
