    I ordered a t-shirt and onesie for my son for Father's day. Paid $49.90. Have not received the merchandise nor the refund that I asked for. I asked for a refund because the product was never even shipped. They sent me a shipping confirmation that was just saying a label was created, it never went anywhere.

    In June of 2021 I purchased and received a t-shirt from Getshirtz using my **** card for $20.21. Later that month, they hit my card again for a $1.00 charge that I missed seeing. Since then, every month from July of 2021 until present day that have charged my account $9.95. I just recently discovered the charges as I don't go over my statements with a fine tooth comb. Won't do that anymore. I have disputed the charges with my bank but they said until or unless I can get a hold of the merchant to unauthorize the charges, I will have to dispute the charge every month. This is ridiculous and a scam. I have tried contacting Getshirtz several times. The phone number posted on their website is no longer in service. I have seen on line where the BBB was able to assist others who have fallen prey to this scam. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I would like a full refund from them for $159.00.

    I ordered a T-shirt from this company on August 1, 2022. It was a Masonic Ohio - Black Short Sleeved Tee-3X. We paid $22.52 on Order No. ******. We were immediately disappointed when we saw that the T-shirt itself looked like cheap material and the printing on the front of the shirt was not centered. It was printed to the right of center. The print itself looked like a cheap decal, not what I saw on their website and it was miscolored, the flag should be red, white, and blue, not red, gray, and a very dull blue. The next day I got what information I could get on the company and tried to contact them. They did not list a phone number on any of the information so I couldn't call. I left a message for them on their ******** page. It's promised that they would get back with you by or before 24 hours. By next day I not been contacted. I then proceeded to email them with the complaint, still no response. I then left a message on their help line (******************). I received an email from them acknowledging that they received my request #***** and it is being reviewed. My first complaint went to them on Monday the 8th with no response until today and I know it shouldn't take long to review. I will send their T-shirt back to them if need be. Then they can see the problems with it. I don't trust that they will refund me since I had a hard time contacting them. They need a WORKING phone number! I don't know of many companies that don't have a phone number. I would upload a pic of the shirt they advertised and a pic of the actual shirt but I am not tech savvy. I can take pics on my phone but I'm not sure how to transfer them to you. I'm just upset because no one contacted me within their promised 24 hours. The shirt itself tells the tale. Thank you very much and I look forward to a response from you.
