I enrolled in ****** Knights online class called Nikis place FVIP in September of 2024.I asked ***** to pay the full course amount upfront ($30/24 classes) and was told thats not allowed. ****** was the instructor where no issues were identified. I would receive invoices to pay for the class randomly. $120 invoice here, $90 invoice there etc. the end of December ****** was no longer the instructor, **** ****** took over classes. from this point links were not working, people couldnt get in. We spent 1/3 of class trying to get technology issues figured out for people. We would often discuss not receiving invoices and go over how many classes we had left. I was in class last Thursday, nothing was brought up as being a problem, etc. On 2/27 (I only had three classes left for full completion) she would not allow me in class, it says host denied entry, I called, I text, I emailed and finally reached out to a classmate and was told Nikis not letting you in, shell call you tonight. Finally after what should have been my 21st class, **** advised I owed $90 and hadnt paid so she was terminating me from class. She sent me the invoices she claimed to have sent me and I returned them to her showing she sent them to herself, no to me. I had no emails, no texts, no phone calls but this was normal business from my experience with this business and how business was the last 6 months. We got into an verbal disagreement on the matter, when she got very nasty with me when I threatened to report her to the BBB and the courts. I havent been yelled at like that in some time. **** wants me to pay another round of 24 classes because she terminated me for not following rules. During our conflict I not only proved to her she wasnt sending me the invoices as was normal for the last 21 classes but her amount of invoicing was incorrect. She fixed the invoice to read $60 (as 2 classes is what I owed for not $90) and I received that invoice with no ******** integrity here

Ms. ***** was ordered by a Judge to complete the Family Violence Intervention Program, upon enrolling she signed a contract with us.  The contract states she will pay all fees the day of her class. Twice she failed to pay on time.  The 2nd offence she was sent the invoice and a text message from me letting her know that she must pay before I can let her into class.  She failed to do so, she was terminated from the class for failure to abide by the program rules.  Ms. ***** made a complaint to the ****************** on Family Violence in *******, saying I never sent her the invoice and that I had done this several times. The Commission did an investigation of this matter.  I was able to get a square report that shows that the invoice was sent to her, the date she viewed the invoice and her failure to pay the invoice.  Her claim that she wanted to pay the course in full and I told her NO is untrue.  Client was told that she could do this, but needed to be careful doing so because if she was terminated, she would not be entitled to a refund.  The decision was hers.  The final outcome from the State was that the termination would stand as the client did receive the invoice via email and that she failed to abide by her contract.

Thank you, if you have any further questions please let me know.
