    Vyve is only issuing a partial refund to customers who had service outages citing because it was an unforeseen event. Who wants to pay for services they did not receive???? **** is responsible for maintaining service NOT the customer. Electric, phone company did not do this. Isnt this illegal????

    Service went out 9/27 due to Hurricane ******. Rec'd bill on 10/3, for the full amount. I called about being billed for a whole months service when we only received a partial month of service. **************** assured (recorded) me the bill would be prorated on the next bill. Only had service for 6 days in Oct and rec'd another full bill.If I send you a bill for a service not provided it's a crime

    I would not suggest using vyve broadband thier service goes out then they make it to where you can't talk to someone ..Horrible customer service,and horrible service all together

    Vyve broadband is absolutely horrific to deal with. Do not use them. We have had constant internet outages and we have been met with unhelpful customer services and technicians. We recently had a tech come to our house and replace our modem. The WiFi completely stopped working and found out the that the tech sheared our internet cable. Between the horrible product and terrible service, I would give them 0 stars if possible.
