    On 11/23/24 I hired T/T to pack and move my husband and I around 30 minutes up the road. This turned into a nightmare. 1: two employees showed for the job between *****, it was almost 1030 at night before they said they were done. Multiple breaks taken, frequent stops to watch the football game. They did not work timely. 2: didnt bring a big enough truck so several items were left behind, including a lawnmower which we were promised would be taken care of the next day. 3: New bedroom furniture was left with scratchs and gashes. Foam had chunks pulled out. Dining room table scratched. 4: Was billed for bubble wrap that I provided, they did not. Billed for packing paper that was not used. 5: Billed for a tv box and a mattress bag, we asked to keep the items and they were taken, multiple request to bring them back and nothing. Have made countless attempts with ******* on the above. He promised he would send a truck at no charge 11/24/24 to finish the move, ironically their only lift gate truck broke and then he quit replying. Attempted to talk with a member of ****, ******* said only he could do that, but he said he would fix the damage and that they are bonded and insured. Attempted to notify ******* asap when damage was found after is workers left at 10pm, but obviously they had no supervision outside of business hours. Attempted to place reviews to see if someone else would try to resolve, and the reply implied I was a liar despite sending ******* the invoice for the new furniture. They stated they were contacted on thanksgiving, more than happy to send our phone records that never happened. When we were ghosted on 11/24/24 I did ask if I needed to consult an attorney, he later told my husband that was the reason he wouldnt move anything. My biggest regret is that we dont have recordings of the verbal conversations with *******.
