    In March of 2023, I paid a deposit of $6217.50 to Bowerman Removal Services to remove and dispose of approximately 12 large trees in my yard. I contacted *** ******** in January 2024 to ask for my deposit to be returned to me since the work had not been started and that I had decided to postpone the removal of the trees, he informed me he had had some health issues in the past few months that kept him from working in any capacity and then he told me he would have to talk to his wife and move money at the bank and he would get back with me in a few days to drop it off at my house to give me my refund in person. I have called and left multiple voicemails since January 2024 but have received no response from *** or anyone else at the company

    Estimate 354, 6/26/2022 Provide & install 400 sf of sod behind pool. Provide & install landscaping fabric on remainder of back yard totaling approximately 5200 sf. Provide & install 32 yards of Pine Bark mulch. TOTAL $2950.00

    In early August Bowerman said that he would be starting project on Tuesday...he never showed up. Fri Aug 17, 2022 text sent to Bowerman regarding pool connection for pool waste water broken most likely from tractor pulling up pvc pipe. He said he didn't do it. Bowerman said having problem getting wood bark delivered.
    Rainy days started and that was the next excuse for 2 months of not starting the project. I sent them email made ultimatum that project needed to be started by 31 Sept. 9/22 a txt to me said he would be here in 2 weeks. 10/3 he txt he would be here within the week to start project. On Bowerman said he would be at my home to start project 10/10...never showed. 10/18 I asked for my deposit of $2000 to be refund. Then said he would be at my house by 5PM to discuss finishing project or refund. He never showed up. 10/20 I sent a text and simply said, please refund my $2000.
