    I have retained legal counsel due to my experience with this company. ***, the owner SEEMS really nice initially. He seems knowledgeable and trustworthy UNTIL you pick up your car. I was referred by a friend who had recently gotten his transmission replaced by this company ($3450). I reached out to *** for a second opinion after ****** quoted me $3700 to replace my transmission. After keeping my car for 2 days I spoke with ******** confirmed it was the transmission. To rebuild the transmission would be $2450 & to replace it I was looking at $3450. I opted to rebuild it. He told me it would take a week and my car would be ready. Mind you this conversation happened over the phone while my car was in his possession, hence no paperwork provided prior. I reached out a week later after not hearing from them and was told my car was ready. He went over to his laptop which had my invoice of $2450 and clicked to another prepared page that was $3450! I reminded him that upon our initial conversation he stated the repair cost was $2450. He FLAT OUT LIED AND SAID, No, a rebuilt transmission is $3450 and to replace it is $2450. I said that doesnt even make sense. If I was going to pay $3500, I wouldve taken my car to ******, not him. Now get this, he tells you to bring the car back in 2 weeks so he can check everything & if you fail to do that, you cancel your warranty aka thats when you provide the additional $1,000. Thats how he gets you. Its sad you cant trust people! He sent me a $1,000 bill for the balance and also called me for his $1,000. Hes gotten away with this before so be aware!!
