    I booked a birthday party on 01/16 for 02/08 for 4:30pm-7pm, I called on 01/22 to cancel the party and asked for my deposit. I was told I that i could receive my deposit, within 48hours of canceling. I was transfer to a manager whom stated that i couldn't get my deposit back, and i asked why? The party is not until 02/08. I called 3 weeks ahead of time to cancel and expects to receive my deposit back. She stated we don't give refunds. It has to be store credit. I stated to her i don't need a store credit, i need my deposit back. This is more than enough notice. She stated we can move the party to another date and time. I stated to her this is 3 weeks in advance that I'm canceling a party. I never signed a agreement or receive an agreement by email stated, once you pay your deposit, you cant get it back. The notices is 3 weeks in advance and i want my deposit back.

    Extremely unprofessional is all I have to say. Two months ago, I booked the *** room for my son's birthday to take place on December 9 at 1:30. I arrived an hour early to make sure the room was ready. I check in and I'm advised that I never booked the *** room and that I booked a birthday package. I booked the room with ******************************* and the staff called him on the phone. He claimed he didn't remember booking the room and that he never told me it was the *** room. I ask for his supervisor who is a tall black female who kept cutting me off as I attempted to explain the situation to her. This woman does not need to be a manger. She is unprofessional and ********* is incompetent. He simply lied!!!! I look in the room and it's filled with decorations for someone else's party. I'm pretty they double booked the room and did not want to take the blame for the error. At a minimum, they should have provided some sort of compensation for the inconvenience or misinformation. I will never visit this establishment again. Poor customer service, poor management.
