We rented two trash Containers from this company for seven days. On the seventh day, they did not come out to collect the dumpsters. I had to call them on the following Monday to tell them to come out and get them. Thats when they told me their policy is you have to call them on the pickup day for them to come out and collect them , which was never explained to me . One dumpster became to full because of them not picking it up and obviously I have no way of stopping people from filling them . Had they come out on the original day they would have been able to pick them both up with no issue . Now they are trying to charge me additional money to bring another dumpster out and want me and my community to put the overflow trash into the extra bin they want me to purchase . The owner is incredibly rude and his staff is uneducated about procedures . I obviously will never use them again . Terrible customer service on top of zero accountability is why I am making this complaint . The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with .

While we appreciate the situation the customer had and confusion, this was their misunderstanding of our terms and conditions.  Every time a customer rents a dumpster from **, we tell them that they must call or text us when they are ready for the dumpster(s) to be picked up.  This is also notated in our terms and conditions in line number 8, which is emailed to every customer upon renting from us.  We also have this in our FAQ's on our website.  Both of these documents I have attached here.  When a customer rents a dumpster and pays for either 7 days or 14 days, that is simply the payment for that amount of days.  If they do not request a pickup, they are billed $25 per day for any additional days, which is also in many places on our website and communicated to each customer.  The payment amount covers up to either the 7 or 14 days, but it does not mean that is how long they will have the dumpster for.  Some customers are done with the dumpster sooner and request the pickup sooner, and some customers need the dumpster longer and so they request a later pickup date, knowing that they will pay $25 a day for extra days.  We do not know how long a customer wants a dumpster unless they communicate that to us.  In this instance, we did Not charge the customer any extra day fees, even though the customer requested the dumpster to be picked up after the 7 day rental period.  When we arrived, the dumpsters were overfilled.  The customer claimed that the neighborhood kept adding more trash to the dumpsters.  Normally we charge a $100 dry run fee when we go to pick up a dumpster and find out it cannot be picked up for being overfilled.  This is because it costs my driver fuel and time.  However, we did not charge for a dry run either.  I explained that we are not legally allowed to pickup overloaded dumpsters, due to DOT regulations, because they are unsafe and trash can fall out and cause an accident.  We ended up working it out with the customer.  They got another small dumpster from us at a discounted rate, put the overloaded extra trash in that dumpster, and we were able to safely haul off all the dumpsters after this.  Again, I've attached the terms and conditions that every customer receives, as well as the FAQ's on our website.
