    I sent the attached email to ************************************** on 06/21/23 @ 2:29pm; I never received a response from Workout Anytime until on 07/18/23 at 10:29am from someone by the name of ********* said they she would not honor the cancellation until the balance was paid in full. I joined Workout Anytime on 05/04/2023 and called the gym (Workout Anytime) on 05/30/23 to cancel services. I entered Workout Anytime for service 5 times between 05/04/23-05/30/23. When I called on 06/21/23 I had not utilized the gym membership for nearly over a month.Workout Anytime is an awful gym and refuses to honor customer cancellations.Good afternoon, ****,I was given your contact info by your corporate office and wanted to speak with you about my canceled membership. I went to your facility on 05/04/23 to start a new membership, and on 05/30/23 I called the gym to cancel my membership due to my grandfather being severely ill and I relocated to another state and no longer needed the membership. After speaking with one of your team members yesterday, I was told an email went sent out to my email address on 05/30, to follow steps to cancel my gym membership. Im not denying this was explained to me back on 05/04 when I initially called the gym to cancel my membership, but due to the severity of my grandfather illness my mind was going 100 miles per hour. I was charged $32.24 on 06/04, which I figured since I did not cancel within the appropriate timeframe I would be billed, until I received another alert this week from my bank for the amount of $52.68 from Workout Anytime which was declined. Im not asking to ******* break any rules, I wanted to reach out to you, to hear my situation and to see if anything can be done due to the unforeseen circumstances.Agreement # **********
