Sky One Construction LLC ************** ********************************** sky1construction.com Estimate Estimate Number: ****** Estimate Date: Jun 2, 2022 I hired this business for a bathroom remodel back in June. We agreed upon $8,500 total with 50% up front to start the work. I was told the job would take less than 2 weeks to complete. Not only has roughly 10% of the work been that we agreed upon been completed, the owner, Hangbok Park-Bacevic (goes by Happy) will no longer respond to my inquires about when he or his crew will be showing up to complete work. It started with him making excuses for not showing up and now its turned into a complete cut off of communication. I paid him $4,250 (50% up front, with a check to prove it) and he has not completed near that amount of work. I would say $500 *** of work completed as he has spend all of 2 days total at the house working, 1 man. I am seeking to get some of the money I paid to him back as he is not to be trusted to complete this job. I have a signed and dated estimate from him. (https://portal.******.com/65fcd1b1-c819-47bf-8bfe-f1578610fc89)If nothing, I would like to warn people that he is a complete scam artist and to not do buisness with him. He should not have an LLC.
