    Date:3/16/2023 We had to get a room for the night because our apartment had flooded. We got a room here and went up to the room to find it nasty and dirty. We pulled back The sheets to check the bedding and it was dirty and had stuff all in the bed. We went to ask for a refund because the room was unfit to stay in . She refused us a refund because we checked the bedding. Now were forced to stay in a dirty hotel room because they refused to return our money! They did change our room but its still just as dirty and nasty. They said we deal with it or leave .

    The complaint you mailed to ** in regards to a customer named ************************* is most likely a error in identifying the proper hotel establishment.  We have no current or past record of this individual ever staying at our facility, Stay Inn & Suites located  at ************************    Please close out this complaint and reverse any adverse ratings or comments made against our hotel.

    I stayed with my fianc and they took both our names . His name is ******************* thats who the room was originally under.

    We will not be issuing any refunds for the customer mentioned in the complaint.  Our rooms are not "nasty and dirty" nor are they unfit to stay inn.  We offer a economical rate for a very clean and nice room.  The customer desires a four to five star accommodation on a budget rate.  We don't receive complaints on our rooms, I don't know what the customers financial situation for them to make a false complaint. We did accommodate the customer and are rightfully owed  the money.  Furthermore they came straight to the BBB to file a complaint, most people would contact the hotel and speak to management to figure out the solution.  These individuals did not even attempt that, as I have no past knowledge of the situation or the guest in question.
