    I Have contacted a Guy named ****** from Mama's Movers for pool table services. My friend used him for pool table services, and he suggested him. So, I Spoke to him and have complete transcript of Chat with him where he agreed to provide service. He (******) requested me to send photos over the Text which I did send, looking at the photos and videos he gave me an estimate of $650 even for below services.1) Repainting the Pool table with Glossy White like Marble Finish. 2) Change the Felt 3) Repair the Pockets to reduce the pocket size.He has asked me to transfer $300 and then $175 for upgrading the paint so he can buy materials which I transferred ($300, $175) to the account he provided named ******************* (email - **********************).On the day of service (07/26/2023) he promised to come over. But he blocked my phone number and I tried to call from different phone numbers he picks up and says that he has some issue with his phone, and he blocks that new number as well. I left him several Text Messages asking for a refund and gave him enough time to respond. This morning (08/14/2023) tried to call him from a new number and asked if that was ******, he responded saying yes but when I started talking about the Money that i paid him and ********** services he was going to provide. He changed the tone and said he is not ****** and ****** got fired and hung up on **** have all the Text Evidence that I exchanged with him.

    We have not done business *******, this is 5he 7th or 85h scam.  We never took deposits, and people keep sending money to strangers they never talk to.  My phone number is *************, or *************.  I know for a fact they were scammed on our old ******* business number just like everyone else has this year.  I will notify police and they should too.

    Contacted Mama's Movers on 2/27/2023 to discuss a quote for an upcoming move. Had previously used this company in September for moving services. Contacted the same number *************) to rebook. We agreed discussed the move and agreed on a price that day. We paid the deposit for half the cost of the move at $315.28. This money was refunded through paypal because of service fees. On March 1, we paid just over half the cost of the move for a deposit in the amount of $350. This company has not sent the confirmation they promised and is not responding to calls or texts. I found information that they are not authorized: *************************************************************. They still took our money knowing they are not able to conduct business.

    Good afternoon, we stopped moving furniture almost a year ago.  That number has been disconnected for over a year, and we don't and never took deposits.  Please provide more information, at this time this is completely false.  I will however check on my end and see what I can find out, but we been out of business.

    Here are screenshots from the number listed on their advertisement for the business. This clearly shows intent to schedule business and that they took a deposit. I can also provide screenshots of payment sent but the above only allows for 5 documents.

    Good afternoon, not sure who this person is or who they talked to, but haven't had that phone number for over a year and we've been closed local moving operations, so please contact the number and you will see it is not Mama's Moving, and ask the customer who they supposedly made this reservation with.  I repeat, WE ARE NOT IN BUSINESS AND HAVEN'T BEEN FOR ALMOST A YEAR.

    I am rejecting this response because: I'm sorry but what are the odds this company "went out of business a year ago" and now there is someone responding on the same number about moving services. I called the number and left a voicemail about the potential move. I receive a text shortly after that says "I remember you." Alluding to he remembers moving my apartment from ********** to ********* on September 28, 2022. This is also less than a year ago, when he claims to have shut down his business.

    You know you are still operating your business and using the same phone number. Return the deposit of $350.

    I am rejecting this response because: Again, what are the odds this new number was able to quote the exact same price price for the move? This shows the number is and has been conducting their moving business. They took a $350 deposit and will not return it. Please pay the money back.
