      On or about August 2022, I accidentally sent Sooblu Boutique LLC a pair of pants that was meant to be sent to Dream Closet. I immediately notified Sooblu Boutique that she will be receiving a pair of pants from me that should be returned to me and that I would pay her to send them back, She contacted me back and said She would check on the following Monday, I contacted her via DM Instagram, she never responded back,,Since August 18th 2022, I have been texting her, sending emails, and DM her numerous times. She has not bothered to reach out to resolve this issue. I would like her to refund the purchase price that I paid for the pants or return the pants. And she cannot dispute she received them because the tracking number says she have and also I spoke directly to the Post Master General at her post office box on ***************************************************************. I am attaching supporting documents.

      This customer made a purchase from ********************** and was unhappy with her purchase she was provided with a prepaid return label and returned the item and was given a full refund 

      In the process of returning the item she apparently sent us a 2nd package that was supposed to be shipped to someone else she is requesting a refund for something she did not purchase from me why would i issue a refund for an item she purchased from another company she has harassed us constantly by phone,email, text messages and on social media 

      This company has no further obligations to this customer ive attached her original order as well as the prepaid return label that was provided

      *************** to the complaint against Soobluboutique, Unfortunately when I went to the portal last night to respond the site would only let me upload one photo. So I sent my documents to **************************************. I learned this morning that I should have sent them to you. Needless to say I am from ********** and this what happened. 

      Sometime in early August 2022, I went online to purchase a two piece outfit from Soobluboutique. When she sent the 2piece to me, it was NOT the outfit I purchased off her Instagram store, the top was different, I direct message her and told her that was not the same top in the picture, she then got an attitude and stated well that's what they had and it is the wrong picture on her site? No excuse to me. I requested a refund and a return label. I had to ask twice for it. Meanwhile I also purchased a pair of pants from Dream Kloset boutique on Instagram, I accidentally sent Soobluboutique, the pants that were supposed to be sent to Dream Kloset for an exchange. I immediately Direct Message Soobluboutique to let her know what happened, I also offered to pay for the return label. She responded and said she would check on that following Monday. Every since then I have been trying to contact her about what happened to my pants. She never responded back. I had to call the BBB in ******* to do a status check on her on how to find her, The BBB told me that she was NOT accredited, that turned out to not be true. However I contacted the Post Master General at ********************, to ask if my pants were there, He told me they weren't she picked them up, Then he told me all she had to do was leave them in the box after 7 days they would have automatically sent them back to me. I have been emailing her, Direct messaging her, texting her, asking her where are my pants she refused to answer back after over a month in a half, I finally had had it, I called my credit card company and told them what happened, they launched an investigation and returned the money for the two piece outfit, but I never received back the pants from Dream ******, I reached out to her, but there was nothing we could do because Soobluboutique has my pants. At this point I considered the pants stolen and I text her a picture of the pants she stole and asked her to pay for them. 

      Attached you will see the outfit I purchased from her that was not what I ordered and the receipt for the pants from Dream Kloset.  I am going to file a police report on ******************** for theft of property if I do not receive my money back or return the pants in the brand new condition. I never wore them because the wrong size was sent to me from Dream Kloset. She is very rude and unprofessional no customer should have to go through this.

      This complaint is baseless, an order was placed with my online store for an item that was sold the item was available in two different versions the picture that was on the website at the time the purchase was made did not match the item that was shipped out it was the wrong top pictured. The customer reached out to us and expressed her displeasure in the item and that it did not match the photo we advised her we would send her a prepaid return label so that it could be returned and issue her a refund. She reached out a second time inquiring about the shipping label and was advised it was sent via email and then it was resent a second time to ensure she got it. The item was returned, and she has been issued a refund for the item. SooBLU Boutique no longer has an obligation to this customer

      She later reached out and advised that she had mistakenly mailed us a pair of pants that were meant to be sent to someone else and wanted us to return them to her, at the time we advised we would check with our return rep on that following Monday to see if the item was sent to us. This was a courtesy that we were extending as we already completed our obligation to this customer and if she mailed her item to the incorrect address that is not an error of SooBLU

      We did originally offer to try and assist with getting the pants back to her but apparently, we were not moving fast enough, and she began to harass us sending multiple emails, text messages, and attempting to contact the text only phone number listed. She sent multiple messages on social media and left comments on our ******** page making threats and demands for us to reimburse her for an item she never paid us for she did not purchase this item from us. We are not obligated to run errands for you and help you locate a loss package that you sent the wrong place, nor are we obligated to travel to a post office or shipping facility to mail you items that are not even from this store. This issue was at no fault of this business you received your money back for the item you purchased from us

      No refund will be issued as this item was not purchased from this store

      As I stated before Soobluboutique is a liar and thief, She originally offered to go to the Mail box to see if the pants were there at her own will. Furthermore no one was forcing her to do anything. And she clearly did not have to travel to the *********** to work for me. The Post Master told me all she had to do was leave the package in the box for 7 days an they would have automatically returned the package to me. Instead she chose to be a thief and steal the pants. I have contacted my local ***************** and filed a police report. I was not harassing her. Based off of Instagram policies to my understanding, The consumer has 30 days to return an item or exchange based on the Boutique,  Dream Kloset and I were in communication regarding the pants being exchanged for the correct size and when Soobluboutique decided to play childish games and ignore my communication regarding my item, she thought it best to be unprofessional. Furthermore since she continues to be unprofessional I will take the matter further.

      SooBlu has refunded the money for the item that was purchased from us and we have no further obligation to this individual 

      She made an error and mailed an item to the wrong place we are not responsible for her error nor are we responsible for compensation for that error. If you mailed your items to the incorrect location that is your error not anyone elses

      We are not obligated to pick up, locate lost or stolen items, ship items, refund or return mail that was not purchased from our store 

      SooBlu will not be refunding or replacing anything because it was not purchased from our establishment
