      I booked two reservations to stay at *********************** State Park.The First reservation was reserved on 07/11/2022 reservation numbers 2-25468515 Costing $328.32 which was paid by a Mastercard ending in ****. The second reservation staying 07/15/2023-07/23/2023 reservation # 2-25468517 where I paid $164.16 which was paid by a Mastercard ending in ****. Reservation # 2-25468515 was canceled on 05/15/2023 and said that I was due a refund of $317.52 as there was a $10.00 cancellation fee. I reached out to *********************** State park on 05/16/2023 and advised them that I cancelled my reservation and that I did not have the card that I used when I originally reserved the reservation. I was told that they would have to attempt 3xs to return it to the card and if it did not go through they would issue a paper check which I also updated my mailing address to *********************************************************************The second reservation # 2-25468517 was cancelled on 05/22/2023 where I was owed $153.36 with another $10.00 cancellation fee. I also called *********************** State Park and updated my address with them as well as told them that I did not have the debit card that was used to make the reservation. They again advised me that they had to attempt to refund it to the card 3xs and if it did not go through they would issue me a refund check. I called in June of 2023 and spoke with ***** at *********************** State Park and was advised they were still in the process of issuing the refund. I then called again in July ********************************************************************* June of 2023. I advised ***** that I did not have that card and all she could advise me of is that the refund was issued to Mastercard ending in **** which is a card that I no longer have.I have contacted all other banks and debits cards that I had in 2022 and they advised that the accounts were closed and no refunds have been refunded back to these cards.       To Whom It ****************************************************************** received a refund for $153.36 on 5.24.2023 and $317.52 on 5.17.2023. These refunds were applied to the original master card used and were accepted by ******************* banking institution. Please see the additional attachment for details on the refunds accepted and reconciled by the visitors banking institution.
