      I was over charged for my wisdom teeth removal procedure back in April 2025, it is now June 2025. I have not received a refund & no one is returning any of my calls.

      Transaction date 1/22/2025 They were paid $1985.00 for teeth extraction. They committed to reimbursing us the balance paid after they received payment from our insurance company which they received on 2/15/2025.The company is not responding to phone calls, messages or to the certified letter that they received on April 18th, 2025 requesting reimbursement for overpayment.

      I paid in full for services rendered. My insurance paid the claim in full and a refund is owed. I have called numerous times to inquire about my refund and can not get a call back or anyone to answer me.

      Procedure completed in office due to "urgent and concerning" and needed to be completed prior to insurance approval. Very large amount to money but felt pressured to complete due to health concerns. Paid out of pocket to file with insurance. Insurance paid- but only about 4% of bill- way over pricing for service and playing on the urgency. Unable to follow up on communication due to everyone out of town and no replies via email. Poor billing service and follow up.

      ************************* (CFO) will state payment will be mailed but no payment is ever sent. There is no billing office telephone number, and the desk staff will refer you to email only. The staff then blocks your calls. Voicemails and Emails are not returned, and there has been no response from my payment request. I also provided consultant services for one of the doctors, again no response from my payment requests. I completed services over a month ago, with final conclusions provided. Since then no calls returned, no email responses other than I mailed a check, I canceled payment, and mailed another check, and now complete ghosting.

      On 11/18/22, I had a bone graft with a sinus lift procedure and an implant placed. I was charged $1756.24 on 11/18/22 On 11/23/22, my medical insurance paid for the procedures, only excluding the anesthesia and my $50 deductible.Since 12/9/22, I have called and requested multiple times that the balance on my account with GA Oral and Facial Surgery be refunded to the card used for payment. It has been over 30 days since services rendered and payment has been received from my insurance company. I have been told by the office manager that I have a credit of over ($1900+), however she claims that she cannot reimburse me.

      On 01/18/2021, I underwent an impacted wisdom teeth removal from both sides (top and bottom). Payment was due at the time, which was paid using a credit card in the amount of ******. After the procedure, the **** was sent to my insurance which paid 718. 50 and ****** for the ****, which left a refund amount of ****** owed to me. After receiving the **** from my insurance, I saw I was owed a refund. I called billing at Georgia Oral and Facial Surgery, which had a voicemail that stated "refunds are processed in 6-8 weeks, if you continue to call in regards to your refund, your refund will be delayed each time you call". I didn't leave a message with fear of delay and I waited 2-3 months before inquiring about my refund. I called to have a statement of the refund owed to me, which they did and I asked when I could expect my refund. They said they only had one person in billing doing this so things would be delayed. I waited a few more months and hear the same thing. At the end of the year of 2021, I called and received the same information. I tried calling last in June 2022 and left a voicemail without any answer/response. My delay in writing this report was due not wanting to call and inquire for so long due to fear billing delaying my refund. I am asking for the my owed refund of ****** and if possible interest since it has been 1 year and 7 months since my surgery. If I owed Georgia Oral and Facial Surgery money on my **** and did not make payments for 1 year and 7 months, my **** would be sent to a debt collector plus interest.
