      I have worked with this company for years. I have never had any issues and always received a response in a timely manner. If you follow the policies you get paid on time. I will use them again in the future.

      I have been working with Sky Tax Partners for years. I have never had an issue and they've always answered any questions I had. I would recommend using this company.

      I am a tax preparer and purchased the non EFIN software this year to work independently from home. I must say they will never have my business again and have motivated me to file for my EFIN and purchase my own software. The customer service and support line is horrible. And the pay system is very unorganized. Due to the dead line for income tax filing being extended I have continued to file taxes past April 15th and every week when its time to get paid I have issues with receiving my payments. This is how I provide for my family so I have tried to reach out to the company several times. One of the numbers is disconnected and no one ever picks up on the other. I have emailed them and texted with no response. And its been 3 weeks since I was supposed to receive my most recent payment. They are unreliable and I would not recommend any tax professional to use their software.
