    My car overheated on the road, I immediately pulled over and contacted my insurance company. They contracted out the tow to this company. The guy arrives, gets my car, brings it home. I thought all was good. When he was unloading it in my driveway, he seemed to mess up the levers. When I went to drive my car, the wheels would not turn! I took the wheels off and BOTH of the tie rods were snapped. This company literally SNAPPED my front end tie rod in half. 50+ phone calls later and they completely ghosted me. They refuse to fix the damage. If you want your car destroyed, give these guys a call.

    worst experience ever! its unbelievable how unprofessional this company is! they are nasty and rude whenever you DO manage to get them on the phone. why are they even in business? tow driver finally called to say he was at the location after i finally gave up after walking to the meetup location FOUR times in the dark for nothing by myself. *** im already home for the night, and in the tub getting ready for bed because i have to be back at work early the next morning. he says to me he just started his shift! well what happened to the guy i waited on for over six hours walking back and forth to the location FOUR times after pulling a long shift at work? not to mention how worried i was that i may find the car with a boot on it or a ticket or worse off, towed to God knows where? my stress levels are still past 10!! you dont EVER get an attitude with ppl who are stranded especially if they have been nothing but polite to you and try to be understanding!!!
