    I purchased a motor from this business with a guarantee that it was a good motor.My mechanic put the motor in my truck and found out they sold me a bad motor.I called them and my mechanic called them they gave us the run around and finally blocked my calls.I paid them $4,500.00 for the motor and I am not a rich man.I am 75 years old and need my money back and they can have their motor back.

    We have indeed spoke to Mr ******** regarding his engine purchase, unfortunately by time he and his mechanic reached out, the engine had already been removed and the warranty period had already passed voiding all warranty as is stated on the back of the receipt and was pointed out to Mr. ******** prior to purchase. As a courtesy we were attempting to assist Mr. ******** with finding him another one so he could purchase one possibly from another vendor. As regards to blocking his number, this did not take place. We did however have power failure due to storms coming through and trees failing on power lines on 6-26-23, which power was restored by 4:30pm. At no time have we tried to blow  Mr. ******** off and not address his issues. Please see Attached the back side of the invoice that *** ******** did not show with the warranty information on it.

    I am rejecting this response because: my mechanic sent pictures of the motor and explained what was occurring when he put motor in my vehicle.  No one explained to me about the conditions of what we needed to do when I purchased the motor. They assured me that the motor was good and they loaded the motor and I left.

    I have read several complaints about their shady business practices and I wished i would have investigated them before purchasing anything from them.

    There response is unacceptable they were told that the motor was running away and my mechanic thought it would explode that is why it was removed from my vehicle and I told them I would return the motor for a refund or for them to give me another motor that was good.

    I even called them on my wife phone and got no answer and left a message for them to call me back but I got no response.

    I paid them $4,500.00 and I am a 74 year old man on a pension and I need my money or a good run motor.  I am not rich and now I dont have a running vehicle because of them.  Please help me.

    I'm sorry ******************** rejected our first response. We did in fact communicate with ******************** regarding his issues with the engine as it states on the invoice that he was given, Mechanical parts (engine and transmissions) come with a 30 day warranty. The customer when he called with his problem had already past his warranty period, also he had the engine removed. as per our policy customer would need to contact us prior to removal if part in question is bad. if you remove Engine or Transmission that it voids the warranty. When customers call with a concern or a problem we send out a certified mechanic to validate there warranty claim, at which time we will move forward with a replacement if needed. i understand ******************* upset,as always we attempt to in good faith sell good parts and we do stand behind our 30 day policy. 
    Again we do not understand why ****************** was having issues getting in touch with us, the only day we were not able to answer any phone was 6-26-23 and that was due to storms that had knocked out power for most of the day
    We also have a large display of our return policy posted on wall and located other locations as well so customer can see before there purchase.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This business is lying about their process of informing customers about their policies.

    absolutely nothing was discussed about the return policy nor did he inform us that the motor must stay in the vehicle until they could send a mechanic out.

    They said they were going to contact the dodge place and was waiting on a phone call from them.  I heard nothing else from them and I have proof where I called them and my mechanic called them repeatedly.  Finally they stopped answering my call.  My mechanic and I could not contact them. I traveled all the way from *********** to purchase this motor from them and they are selling parts that dont work and then argue that I am lying.  
    This is very upsetting for me and my wife I trusted a company that is not trustworthy and I will let everyone know not to purchased anything from them and to take their name off any vendor list.
