    I took my car in to get a new engine in Nov 2023. My car sat for months without being looked at even though there were several calls inquiring about updates in the work. They were paid by Silver Rock for the repairs and even had the engine sitting in their garage for months and still did not work on the car. Every phone call they said they are working on it and it should be done soon, or there was always some excuse as to why the work had not been completed. At one point, an employee stated that because Silver Rock does not pay that much, they were taking other vehicles first because they could charge more. I have lo-**** on the car so I could see when the car was moved. That is how I knew when the work was actually started. It took 5 months to get the engine in the car and returned, but the check engine light came on. All they did was remove the code and told me if it comes on again, get the code read, and then they will see what the issue is. I found a week later that the lower motor mounts were not bolted in all the way and they never reconnected the a/c line. Do not go to this business. I will be reporting this place to ***********, and anywhere else we need to. They are unprofessional and a rip off.

    Took my vehicle to ************** in August of 2023. Had a catalytic converter replaced and paid approximately $850.00 more or less. My check engine light is still on til this day. I took it back and **** has been giving me the run around. **** has not honored their warranty which states parts and labor has a warranty for 12 months or 12,0000 miles. I have not reached or exceeded either. This issue has been going on too long. I want MMC to give me my money back or honor their warranty and make this matter right, at no additional cost to me.

    Transaction date: 5/5/2022 Manager told me to bring in car to fix drivers side window- would not go up/down.Waited from approx.8:30 AM to almost 3:30 PM 9 car door had been disassembled (had not received part). He put door back together with cardboard paper in window. He damaged my door inside and did not tell me. When I discovered the damage called and returned to MMC. He apologized and said window and damaged door would be repaired 5/6/2022. Returned 5/6/2022 waited and he claimed part ordered for window was defective. Manager said all would be resolved 5/18/2022, never happened. I have been by MMC and called many times and nothing has been resolved. It has been almost three months. This why I am asking for your assistance.
