    I visited this facility in October for a dental inquiry due to another procedure done elsewhere. I experience an unsanitary and unhealthy environment at the location and became ill weeks later. I reached out to the facility and spoke with Customer Relations Manager and was told someone would reach back out to speak with me regarding this situation, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I would like for you all to be the mediator, if possible.Desired settlement:

    Horrible, fraudulent, unprofessional customer service. When I spoke to other dental offices it was relayed that the dental work I was charged for cant be done in one day. 5/13/2023 I attended affordable implants and dentures , ********************************************************************************************* for a procedure. I was dropped off. My parent went down the street and would return in 20 minutes. The procedure takes 2 hours. As I sat down ****, the manager , which I learned yesterday, had an unprofessional attitude with me and other patients. She said where is your ride, ten minutes after my ride pulled off. She refused my services, refused to give me my treamtent plan, and told me I had to leave while I was sedated on medication. When my dad arrived he stated he didnt want to talk to **** because she was rude over the phone. She asked to speak to a manager and she stated she was. **** treats customers inhuman. Im not sure how she expects to keep a business running with lack of customer service.Her attitude is unacceptional. This business just opened and I dont see it lasting. I contacted another location *********************************************************************. **** made up lies, called the location and told them not to see me as a patient. I did not ask her to share my information. That is a hippa violation. I never consented for my information to be talked about or shared. I have no idea what her motive was. Horrible horrible experience. I have reached out to their corporate office as well
