    I have been trying to cancel my membership as I moved from my address back in April. I tried blocking Planet Fitness from my card, but they have ACH/auto payments that keep coming out of my account under "**********************" and "Planet ******** Fees" I have tried to get them to reimburse me and cancel my account a few times with no resolve. I have let them know I can't afford to physically go in and cancel, but that's the only option. Here are the fees I'd like to be reimbursed for:Charges for Planet ******** Fees:9/30 - $49 9/16 - $25.05 8/17 - $25.05 7/17 - $25.05 6/17 - $25.05 Charges for Planet Fitness:6/5 - $15 5/21 - $25.05 4/23 - $40.05 4/3 - $40.05 I have attached two images I have taken from my CashApp account below. I would like a full refund for these fees.

    $15 fees was charged to my credit card instead of charging the membership ship. This is not honest way of doing business.

    A business in 2023 tells customers you have to cancel in-person or, and this is somehow not a joke, "write a letter asking for cancellation". The fact that you can sign up online, but not cancel online, works blatantly against the consumer and is bad business. Planet Fitness is a joke, just cancel my membership already because I asked. Why do I have to write a letter or show up? I didn't have to do either of those things to sign up. It's almost like....Planet Fitness wants to keep getting people's money!
