I ordered a backpack and accessories on Feb 12. I received notice of shipment on Feb 21 and a delivery was received on Feb 22 but it only contained the accessories and not the bag. Ive emailed them 4 times with auto reply confirmation of receipt but no reply. Their customer phone number goes directly to voicemail and Ive left three messages with no return. I then submitted a credit card charge back on Feb 28 and received an email from ****** in their customer service team wanting to know why I filed the chargeback and claiming that I had never contacted them. Ive now sent her details on all the times I previously attempted to contact them and have now sent her 3 follow up emails with no reply. Ive called the number in her signature of her email and it says its disconnected.

I've got a serious issue with the latest PayPal transaction. The person sent money, making it look like I sold them an iPhone *4 this month, and now my funds are on hold. They usually paid me through Friends and family to avoid fees (I understand PayPal's Policy, but they decided to never pay the fees directly to my bank), but this time it seems like they're messing with me on purpose. We've had a rocky * year and 8 months working together, and yesterday, out of nowhere, they wanted to fire me without notice and not pay for my services. Spent the whole day arguing on Skype. This is my sole income. Supposed to get $833 (including the bonus for a whole year), but they're playing games. We had a contract in place for $***** a month, and they deducted $48.5 last month for a package they shipped (the shipment was only $*5). Then, without warning, they deleted me from the system, with no intention of paying. Fought all day on Skype. They don't mind sending $850 but want me to receive less than our agreement, because of the fees. I have screenshots to back it up. I'm kindly asking you to process this money as soon as possible. It's for the ************************ I provided for the whole of November, not selling an iPhone *4 now in December. I asked them to send it directly to my bank to avoid these issues, but they refused. The last time we spoke they said they will send this month the missing $48.5. My payout is *****, plus a bonus of $*30 = 882. The way they're talking to me is unprofessional and mean. When I stood my ground and showed the attitude they had towards me - they fired me with no notice and no intention to pay for my last month of services. Help me out, please! I'm concerned they will never accept the 'shipment of the iPhone *4'. This person didn't like me when I put the mirror in front of him, and that's the reason he did all of this. They now even asked PayPal to refund it to them and never pay me
