This man has several lawsuits against him. Please check all counties for his company name. He does not show up for court proceedings nor mediation. He prey on women, churches, and the disabled. Check Dekalb county for lawsuits against him. He has judgements that are over $100k. He will lie, deflect, and manipulate. He is nothing more than a handyman.

This client is an older woman that I helped get an extra $10K plus to complete her project and then she used the money to pay for a new HVAC system. She avoided discussing payment with me so I told her that I would consider legal action against her if she did not answer my calls to discuss payment. Then she (she had her daughter ***** to file a bogus complaint also), filed this bogus complaint in retaliation.

The extra $10K plus was from the insurance company. I took over her insurance claim process to get most of the money needed to complete her project - THEN THIS IS HOW SHE SHOWS HER GRATITUDE!!!

******* ***** is the ultimate professional. Was prompt on time. During his inspection, he was thorough, and ask questions that I hadnt considered. Lets me back up. My home had been hit by rainstorm that I could only describe as a monsoon. When Mr. ***** got to the house he was more than prepared with drones and equipment that measured the moisture in the walls and he inspected every possible square inch of the house to determine where the origin of the leak occurred. Much respect for ***** and the Renascent Consulting, LLC company.

This person is a scammer. He demands payment in full without completing the job. He does not show up for days and weeks at a time. He will steal materials purchase by the customer and return the merchandise for a refund. He is a manipulator and liar. He cannot be trusted. He will try to force/pressure you to pay him all the money after only completing 25% to 50% of the job. Search the Dekalb County Courts records before you waste your time and money. In addition, he will also threaten to sue you for a job he refuse finish and walked out on. He sends misleading photos where he does half work to make it seem as though he is working the project. This man I believe is capable of small jobs but take on projects that he is not qualified. He post very small jobs to make it seem as though he does great work to mislead the public.

I assisted this person to get a significantly larger award for damages from her insurance company so she could afford to get the sever water damage throughout her house and garage repaired. After receiving the money from the insurance company, she used the money to get a new HVAC unit instead of paying her bill. I made numerous attempts to work out a payment agreement with the client but she would not accept any of them. Then she tried to further scam me by asking me to purchase additional materials for delivery to her home when while she refused to pay her outstanding bill for work that had already been completed. When she did this, I suggested I may take legal action against her since I had determined that she was purposefully trying to defraud me. That is when she filed a this bogus complaint as a retaliatory measure.
