Mr. ********************** was great !! Very informative and knowledgeable ! I explained that my oldest son had Epilepsy and that the heat triggers his seizures. Mr. ********************** took that into consideration and was very prompt about getting my AC working. There was a little issue but Mr. ********************** corrected it immediately and treated my home as if I was family ! Very polite and I would recommend this company to anyone needing service !! Exceptional customer service !! If I could give 10 stars I would ! Other companies I had spoken too, was telling me 2 to 3 weeks to have it up and running, but Mr. ********************** gave a couple of days *** ! Job well done ! I really appreciate this company and their hard work !! He had to come out a few times to complete service, his wife scheduled promptly !! She's a great assets to the business and very professional ! Coming out several times did not bother Mr. ********************** ! His main focus was good quality service !! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH !
