      Confirmed with Ayo ****pm on August 30, 2022 for a pickup of a desk, bookshelf, and shelf. Literally waited and waited. I even text him prior asking him to text me when in route. No response to text. No call no show.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I've worked with you in the past and try my best to offer exceptional customer service.       My review remains the same. I never recieved any phone calls or texts messages from Ayo. Matter of fact, he didn't even acknowledge my text. Yes, he's worked with me in the past, and I thought he was good and reliable. That's why I contacted him. But no he wasted my time, never called me ( my phone records confirmed this) , never text, and didn't show up. The ONLY reason he's responding finally is because of my BBB review. It's bad business to schedule appointments with customers and not show up. There's no excuse for conducting business like this. I'm defintely posting my experience on other forums. Also, BBB please I'll be happy to submit my phone records as proof.
