    Domino's offers an emergency pizza if ordered online. I placed my order online but never received my pizza. When I contacted customer service they told me I placed my order for a future time on that day which didn't qualify me for the emergency pizza. No where on the app or the commercials does it state that. I've emailed them several times after that with no response back.

    Waited 45 minutes for a pizza. Called Domino's to see what the hold up was. Got a very very rude lady she said well we are behind. I said well don't you think 45 minutes is a long time to wait on a pizza ? She was like well we can't help it. I said who's the manager she said *** then slapped me on hold. The some man "***" answered said we are short staffed that's why we are behind. I told him that's way too long to wait for a pizza and he was like yeah. I said you could at least apologize. He said oh well then sorry. That was it! Rude! This is the second time I've had really crappy pizza and service from this store. Something needs to be done.

    I ordered a pizza and some tots, and they were burned. I filed a complaint through the Domino's site and they gave me a reference number and basically said here you are here's your reference number now you can deal with it. That's it never heard anything else never heard back from anybody have no idea what I'm supposed to do with this complaint number the lack of information here is really pretty poor

    On July 12, 2023, I purchased a medium pizza and chicken spinach ******* from the build your own promotion. The pasta had no ******* sauce, an extremely light sprinkle of cheese, a few chunks of seasoned chicken, a sprinkle of spinach on one side of the pan and both browned and burned edges of the pan. I had called this business and an unknown male conversed with me briefly about two minutes and he offered to replace it before placing me on hold as he spoke to someone simultaneously. Then after the hold came on either the same male or another male with a negative attitude telling me, "ma'am, I already talked to your son...you can try something safe if you're a picky eater...it's weighed." I mentioned twice that the pasta was dry, short of chicken, spinach, cheese and the ******* sauce. How is it ******* without ******* sauce? This emotional male suggested that I call the dominos corporate customer service number from where will come no solution. I barely touched this item, so it's not like I'm trying to scam this business. I want my money back, and if the poorly made pasta is wanted, it's available.
