    I was denied paying my rent 1/03/2024. I was paying rent with a money order I wrote RSC apartments instead of the full name out. This is not my first time doing so but it is the first time someone ever said not to and denied me for paying my rent and said they would charge me a late fees. It has been hard trying to return and get a bank to accept the money due to it being written on. My rent is ****. I have no issue with paying my rent but to charge me extra for their problem is ridiculous. I tried to write over the initial name they said I could not. I was able to start a bank account with the bank western union banks with ***** Fargo and had to address it to a family that banks with them in order to get the funds back in a certain amount of days. I have also marked through any error previous years. If a bank will take it and they have previously taken it what makes it different this time. This is a money hungry company that forces us to write good reviews each time any member of the leasing office/maintenance helps us with any thing that is their job. They **** up the rent each time we renew our lease but aren't adding anything new to it.

    The bank has specified the payments we receive have to have the name on the account holder ******************.  ***** Fargo started sending back payments due to incorrect information on the payable line. Reserve at Stone Creek was also charged a returned payment fee of $75.00 each time.  Diamond Fords money order(s) were not made out to Reserve at Stone Creek.

    I lived there. I wasn't going to renew my lease. I went to the office when I paid my rent and gave a 60 day notice. Those people in the office are incompetent and ignorant that they did not tell me that I need a written notice which does not say that in my lease as well. Also they added termination charges on my lease and I ask them to waive that and they act like they couldn't. So I am giving money to people that don't even know how to their job description. I AM VERY UPSET I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY TO THIS FREAKING COMPANY THAT DONT CARE ABOUT INDIVIDUALS AND THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE HAVE GOING ON. I ask that you look into this and let them know their job can be replaced. The money I owe is in collection and they refuse to do anything about it and THEY ACTUALLY CAN
