    I have been a customer at ******************** since they opened in ***************. Ive never had any complaints other than the rude customer service that the owner/manager often exhibits. On May 26, 2023, I made a purchase and asked for a receipt print out which I was denied. I took the dress back with the intentions of returning it less than an hour later. The cashier told me that I could return, and there was no where in the store that listed their return policy (only via text link after purchasing). The cashier called the owner, who confirmed via phone call that they dont have a store policy sign posted, and will not give me a return, which is illegal under the Consumer Rights Act in *******. The owner also said that she doesnt have to post a sign of the store policy, because it is my job as a customer to ask the store if they accept returns.I told the owner that I would call my bank, and she advised that would be the best option. After speaking with my bank, I returned to the store to inform the owner that my bank said since the transaction hasnt posted, the store can still refund me. The store was closed down at 4 PM before the mall closed, so I called the store number. The owner/manager picked up and was rude in her greeting. I informed her of what my bank said to me and she told me that she would call the police on me for harassment and call the Mall security on me after I asked them about their shady business practices. We were only on the phone for about 1 minute at this point and I was not loud or rude to the owner. She then said that she was going into labor and continued to stay on the phone with me for another ****************************************************************************************************************** card purchases. It was super disheartening to have learned of the shady business dealings at Get Waisted Boutique and to have to make the decision to no longer support the business after shopping with them for so long.
