We purchased a spa from Aquatica on 9/19/24. They built it out of country and when it was finally done it arrived the first week of November (approx 11/8/24). Upon arrival the touch panel was programmed in another language and would not convert to English. Upon trying to turn it on, the unit would either circulate the water or heat it but not both. Every time we would try to do both, the touch screen would shut down and not function. In addition, we were missing head rests that we paid extra for. We called and emailed the company which they ordered us a new touch screen promising it to be delivered in English and to send the head rests too. While we were waiting for the headrests and new touch screen to be delivered, we needed to keep the water circulating so it wouldnt freeze in the cold months. The motor short circuited and shut down. We advised them that the motor went out. They said they would send us a new one. Once it finally arrived, we had to find and pay for our own spa *** because they didnt have anyone to come service our warrantied product. The *** came out and said they sent the wrong motor. He didnt install the new touchscreen either since it he didnt have a motor to install to make it work. We informed the company and while the sales *** has been nice saying he is on it we havent received anything. The new motor was promised to be here last Monday 2/3/25. It still hasnt come and the sales *** says he is working on it. We do not have much faith. We have spent over $40,000 on this unit and it has never worked since delivery the first week of November. We are now rounding 4 months of a broken unit with no repair insight and out a considerable amount of money and we are paying interest on our payments. I just want my money back at this point because they seem to not be able to send parts or service it under warranty.
