    I hired this company to de-odorize my house and do a deep clean. The previous owners had a cat and there were many areas that smelled like cat urine and litter. I expressed this before hiring the company, he assured me this is something he handles all the time.I paid $650 for the deodorizing, and $200 for the deep clean. I reviewed a list of what I expected in the "deep clean", ** the owner said no problem. He said 8 hours and I couldn't be in the house. Less than 3 hours later he calls me and says he was done. I get to my home- it still smells like cat urine and litter covered up by the smell of a dirty pool. I confronted him about this, he reported to me that the litter smell was due to a tray underneath the washer, if removed, smell gone. we removed it, the smell was worse if anything. The other area had no "tray" and still smelled like cat urine. I had an HVAC guy come to my house before and after the "de-odorizing" he being an unbiased person, said no change. The "deep clean" was not done, and in fact there was scum on the shower, dust everywhere and floor filthy. His "employee" said out lout to me at the end "oh i didn't tknow she wanted a deep clean". He back pedaled and said he would pay me the $200 for deep clean but not for deodorizing service. He did initially offer to come back to "de-odorize" i calleD, left voicemail, and texts about this and the "$200 refund". only when i threatened to report him did he send the check which was dated 4/16. I asked for a refund for deodorizing as he did not do this job either, he said he would come back out but when i reached out for him to do this he did not return my calls or texts. I don't trust this man or business. Even the area without the tray reeked of cat urine. We have had to buy multiple products and ozone machine to try to remove this. I ultimately had to hire another company. I just want to be refunded for the services promised & not performed. I need a refund for the rest of the services not done $650.

    Business Response

    Good morning, this is *********************** with TACT North Atlanta and I wanted to respond with the complaint that was filed and I wanted to let you know our side. First thing Im the one who filled out the invoice and I didnt not put on the invoice about DEEP CLEANING so I explain to the client she did not pay for deep clean especially not to dry erase the whole house. The shower yes it had soap scum on the shower door because she did not pay for me to deep clean her house. For as the *** URINE ** told her that the treatment will have to take more than the treatment but she needed to get rid of the pan that she had under the washer and dryer and we would come back out and do the treatment again and we waited for her to get back in touch with us after she moved the pan and she did not get back with us. The money that we gave back to her she made a fuse about the DEEP CLEAN that she did not pay for so ** decided to give that back I told her that Ive been in housekeeping for over 30 years and 200 hundred dollars dont pay for a Deep Clean. Thank You ** and **********************;
